New article on nightmares
An international team of researchers including Katja Valli and Antti Revonsuo have published an article in the journal SLEEP entitled “Nightmares: Risk Factors Among the Finnish General Adult Population“. Briefly, the article investigates risk factors for nightmares, finding various correlations between nightmare frequency and different sleep problems, mood problems, and psychological and physical well-being.
