Paavo Pylkkänen has published a chapter entitled “Quantum Theory, Active Information and the Mind-Matter Problem” in the World Scientific 2015 anthology Contextuality from Quantum Physics to Psychology.
Briefly, the chapter investigates the implications of the suggestion (due to Bohm and Hiley) that a certain type of active information plays a key objective role in quantum processes – with a particular focus on our understanding of the relation between the mental and the physical aspects of reality.
