First departmental Nature group publication

A team of researchers including Sakari Kallio have just published the department’s first Nature publishing group publication: an article in the open-access journal Scientific Reports entitled “Synaesthesia-type associations and perceptual changes induced by hypnotic suggestion“.

Briefly, the article concerns empirical work Sakari and his team have done on hypnosis-induced synesthesia. And it seems to have caught the media’s attention as well, as it has been featured not only in local media (in Swedish only), but even on the well-known science blog IFLSCIENCE! More information (again in Swedish) is also available from the accompanying University press release (in Swedish only).
